Klever Tees proudly offers FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Shipping is currently available only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Many Klever Tees products are made to order, meaning production begins after your purchase is placed.
Production time and shipping time are separate. Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on the product, production provider, destination, shipping method, and carrier conditions.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages because products can be manufactured and shipped from different locations. There is no additional standard shipping charge for these separate shipments.
Once your order ships, tracking information will generally be sent to the email address provided during checkout when tracking is available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs to correct delivery issues.

Because many Klever Tees products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or incorrectly selected colors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at orders@klevertees.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Please do not return merchandise without contacting us first. In many cases, returning a damaged or defective product will not be necessary.
